ORDERS
No, you can also order from us without an account. Creating an account is optional and offers additional benefits such as an overview of your orders.
Orders received from Monday to Friday are processed and dispatched within 24 hours. You will receive an e-mail confirmation with the tracking number as soon as your parcel has been dispatched.
If you notice an error after completing your order (e.g. wrong address, wrong color/size), please contact us as soon as possible. As long as your order has not yet been dispatched, we can still correct such errors.
Shipping
From an order value of €50, shipping within Germany with DHL is free of charge. Below this value, shipping costs of €4.99 apply.
You will receive a tracking number as soon as the order has been shipped and can track the delivery status via a link.

Returns
You can easily exchange or return your product within 30 days.

Of course, that's no problem.
You can open the packaging and try out the product. However, it is important for a return that the product is unused. The original packaging should also still be present.
Simply write down your address and order number informally on a piece of paper. If
you would like to exchange the product, also state which color or size you would like. You then enclose this note instead of the delivery bill.
You are welcome to exchange or return your product to us within 30 days.
Please note that you as the customer bear the costs of the return shipment. You can use a shipping service provider of your choice.
Returns are usually processed within 1-3 days of receipt.
In the case of an exchange, the new product is sent out immediately. Refunds for returns are made to the original payment method used.

If you have a SERASAR bracelet in your hands for the first time, you
sometimes you don't immediately know how to open it. But it's actually quite simple:
The clasp is held in place by two magnets. These are located inside the clasp. The bracelet can be opened by pushing the clasp sideways in the opposite direction. This releases the connection between the magnets and the bracelet opens.
If there is an extra link in the bracelet, you can also remove the extra link in exactly the same way.

On some models (especially the men's bracelets), the extra
link is already attached to the bracelet on delivery. Without this extra link, the bracelet will be the length ordered.
In principle this is possible, yes. However, it must always be checked individually.
As with most jewelry, the bracelet should ideally not get wet.

Of course, this does not apply to splashing water such as when washing your hands or in the rain.
Service
Despite all previous measurements, it can happen that the bracelet does not fit as you would like it to.
We therefore offer you the option of simply changing the bracelet to your desired size.
We do not offer individual engraving or embossing for our products.
However, you can have our bracelets engraved by a jeweler, for example. Many of our customers have already done this successfully.
We do everything we can to ensure that the quality of our products is always perfect.
Nevertheless, we cannot rule out 100% the possibility of an occasional work or material defect.
