Customs duties
All our orders are shipped from Germany, so there are no customs duties or import taxes within the EU. However, please note that different regulations may apply outside the EU with regard to customs duties or import sales tax.
These fees are charged 100% by the customs authorities of the country of destination and must be paid by you. If you refuse to accept the parcel, the fees will still be charged. In the event of a return, these fees will be deducted from the credit note.
