An exchange or return of your product is possible without any problems within 30 days. All you need is your order number and your email address. You can simply start the process via our returns portal.

You can open the packaging and try out the product. However, it is important for a return that the product is unused. The original packaging should also still be there.
Simply write down your address and order number on a piece of paper. If

Within Germany we will be happy to provide you with a returns label. However, please understand that as a young brand, we unfortunately cannot offer free returns.

When you hold a SERASAR bracelet in your hands for the first time,
sometimes you don't immediately know how to open it. But it's actually quite simple:
The clasp is held in place by two magnets. These are located inside the closure. You can open the bracelet by pushing the clasp to the side in the opposite direction. This loosens the connection between the magnets and the bracelet opens.
If there is an extra link attached to the bracelet, you can also remove the extra link in exactly the same way.

On some models (especially men's bracelets) the extra
link is already attached to the bracelet upon delivery. Without this extra link, the bracelet has the ordered length.
As with most jewelry, the bracelet should ideally not come into
long-term contact with water.
Of course, this does not apply to splashes of water such as when washing your hands or in the rain.
Despite all previous measurements, it may happen that the bracelet does not fit as you would like.
We therefore offer you the option of easily changing the bracelet to your desired size.
We do not offer individual engravings or embossings for our products.
However, you can have our bracelets subsequently engraved by a jeweler, for example. Many of our customers have already done this successfully.
